Yeah, I uploaded this a while ago, but haven't uploaded it till now. This is Blackout, one of my favorite villains from the Ghost Rider comics. Recently had a very loosely based version in the latest movie.
Once again uploaded late, but I haven't felt there's much to put up as of late.
