Japan

I know there hasn't been much updates as of late, not much exciting has happened since the Dead News was finished (though I am nearly done with the next Dino Guardian page).

That being said, I am very disturbed with what I hear of Japan.  With each passing day, there is more and more talk of radiation leaks and people dying.  As a fan of Anime, manga, video games and even having friends connected to it, I have grown to respect Japan and even have thought of going someday.  All this news of radiation and people dying is really starting to get to me.  I can't stop thinking about what is going on.  I pray that this crisis ends very soon.

Nightmare Teaser 2

Well, now that the Dead News is done, it's time to rest for our big summer production, A Nightmare in Gotham City.  I just uploaded the second teaser to Deviant Art last night and I've got a lot of people getting hyped about it.  With all this hype, I hope I can do a good job on this fan film.

The Dead News

Third day of Spring Break and I finally did it... the Dead News is now complete.  Whew, what a work load... three months of hard work is now complete.  Enjoy.

Spring Break

Spring Break is next week (and yet it is still not actually spring).  I haven't been all that well over the past few days and lost some time, but I'm going to push and finish the Dead News over the break (if not shortly afterwards).  I've also been a bit angry with myself for not getting the next Dino Guardian page lately.  I've finished drawing and inking it, but I haven't scanned it in.  But hopefully I should get stuff moving next week.

Working Hard

Much to my surprise, the preview of the Dead News spurred up a lot of excitement.  So to please everyone, I'm moving full throttle on it to get it done.  I've now reached the over a minute a scene that leads us to the climax.  Up above is snapshot of the scene being animated in Anime Studio Pro 6.  If it looks like some shadows are falling off the arms, it's because I haven't fixed the vectors yet.  I have finished recording all the lines, I have to finish a few more character models and gotta finish the last few scenes.  Then I should have this project in the bag.  Once this is done, I'll rest and recharge from animating, finish the script work out the plan and when May rolls around, I'll be ready to work on A Nightmare in Gotham City... TO VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

American Death Note

When I heard what was going on, I cried so hard.  Then I got mad... then I just had to find a way to get it off my chest.  Death Note is being remade into an american adaption... and I am not happy. One of my favorite comics, about to be torn apart by Hollywood's forever quest for more money.  It's news that made me so mad, that I had to take a break from animating the Dead News and warn the people of this horrible event that is to come.
